We received notification that there is a quality issue with the insulation foam of Philips DreamStation Machines. Philips will be implementing a plan to rectify this, but we do not have any details yet.
We are currently assembling a database list so that we will be ready to communicate Philips advice and rectification plan to all our DreamStation customers once we receive their instructions.
In the meantime, the only advice we can offer is to stop using the machine.
We appreciate this is concerning. Please be assured we are working behind the scenes preparing to communicate their plan once they tell us.
