STEP 1: Once the SD card is inserted into a Windows computer, there would be a pop up box like below. If there is no pop up box, simply locate the SD card on your computer through "My Computer" within the Start Menu.
STEP 2: Double click the "Software" Folder to view the contents
STEP 3: Download the software application and follow the prompts
STEP 4: Open the software application on your Desktop
STEP 5: Select Open Patient Archive
STEP 6: Across the top bar, we can see Name, Date Modified, Type and Size. Under Type, we can see a file named USR File. Double click the USR file.
STEP 7: Enter your details into the spaces provided.
STEP 8: Review your data
You are also able to send your USR file to us and we can review your data for you and generate a Report based on your information. To do this, simply follow the steps below:
| 1. Create an email with support@cpapsales.com.au as the recipient. | |||
| 2. Locate and click the Attach Files button (similar to below) | |||
| 3. A file box similar to the one shown below should open: | |||
| 4. Select SDHC (SD Card) Folder: | |||
| 5. From the content of the SD card, select the .USR data file as shown below; | |||
| 6. Double click to attach the .USR data file to email and hit send. |
Once we receive your support email, a ticket is automatically created in our system.
We will then review the sleep therapy data contained on the USR file and;
- let you know how things are going, and
- address any concerns you may have
